In Construction's Office: Shannon Barlow contended with the waste of paper involved each time the Construction fax machine was used.

To reduce paper use, she programmed their fax to only print a confirmation if the fax doesn't go through.  After all, that's when you really need to know how the transmission went.

Maybe your area's fax machine can be programmed to do the same? Please take this opportunity to confirm that your fax is printing a confirmation page only when the transmission failed. If you need any help with your particular model, please contact Corporate.
