This challenge is as simple as ordering some supplies and marking the calendar, but the benefits are four-fold:
Are you lucky enough to have a heating and/or cooling system in your office? How about at home? When was the last time you changed the units air filter?

Dave Keeney has collected examples of recently checked units, "it's easy to see the (compromised) air quality
and inefficiency of our HVAC units, without proper maintenance. The filter on the left is brand new. The middle filter is ready to be changed. The neglected filter
on the right is ... gross comes to mind.".
So save energy and money while promoting comfort and health - change the units air filter on its suggested schedule (about every two months). If your location is more dusty that average, change your filter(s) more frequently. If you use your system only occasionally, change the filter(s) less often.
All you have to do is check out those filters.
