Customer Services - Customer Expectations

Every customer has different expectations of what they want accomplished with their landscape

Our account managers will ask you a series of questions to find out what your expectations are from what color flowers do you like; to how you like your shrubs trimmed?

Your responses are recorded into our customer expectation data base system so they are not lost or forgotten. Crew leaders carry binders with a copy of your expectations every day. Periodically our staff will ask if you would like to add or change anything. We regularly ask our customers,

"How are we doing?" Our account managers and crew leaders do this by making regular contact with you. We also send out surveys to our customers. We appreciate the time our customers spend in their responses. Our account managers, operations managers and customer service managers read each and every survey returned to us. Our customer service manager also makes periodic, random calls to discuss the level of service we are providing.

Customer's opinions are essential in providing excellent customer service. We listen to what you want, and then provide it. Our customers are often pleasantly surprised with the response received from Cagwin & Dorward.
