- Bank of America Moraga: commercial design/build project for Bank
of America and Pankow Builders. Designer: Cagwin & Dorward. This project
was designed for Bank of America and included City of Moraga design review
approval. We built the project as a subcontractor to Pankow Builders
- Corona Road Restoration: private restoration project for Pacific
Gas & Electric Company. Designer: ZAC Architects. Scope of work: restoring
an area disturbed by the installation of utilities with native plants and
grasses, including coordination with the City of Petaluma since the project
and property will be turned over to them.
- DeSilva Island: private development project for CM&D. Designer:
Royston, Hanamoto, Alley and Abey. Scope of work: entrance, sales office,
common area, and courtyards for condominiums; courtyard landscaping, including
fountains, drainage, lighting, planting, and irrigation.
- El Cerrito Plaza: private commercial project for SD Deacon. Designer:
David Gates and Associates. Scope of work: irrigation and planting at a
major retail center.
- Hamilton Amphitheater Park Phase I and II: public park project
for the City of Novato. Designer: City of Novato. Scope of work: planting
and irrigation for a sports field, children's play area, amphitheater, parking
lot, and other facilities.
- Hamilton Firehouse Museum: private commercial project for New
Hamilton Partner. Designer: David Gates and Associates. Scope of work: turf,
drainage, planting, and irrigation at the old Hamilton Air Force Base Firehouse,
which was being converted into a local museum.
- Hewlett-Packard Cupertino Parking Lot: private commercial project
for ADACON Construction. Designer: MPA Designs. Scope of work: modifying
existing irrigation to a new parking lot configuration and installing new
irrigation and planting; transplanting approximately 25 existing trees to
the new parking lot.
- Hewlett-Packard: private commercial project for Hallmark Construction.
Designer: MPA Designs. Scope of work: modifying existing irrigation to accommodate
a new parking lot and installing new planting and irrigation.
- Holy Cross Catholic Cemetery: private irrigation project for San
Francisco Archdiocese. Designer: CSW-Stuber Stroeh. Scope of work: irrigation
renovation and automation at an existing area of a cemetery.
- Johnson-Nelson Estate: private residential project for Ryan Associates.
Designer: Richard Berridge Landscape Architect. Scope of work: installing
trees, shrubs, ground cover, and irrigation around a pool house and guest
cottages.
- Laney College: public school project for Western Roofing. Designer:
Pattillo & Garrett. Scope of work: rooftop landscaping and irrigation.
Cranes were used to lift plants, box trees, palm trees, and soil to the
work area after waterproofing was completed.
- New Beginnings Center: private building project for Barry Swenson
Builders. Designer: Elliot and Peacock. Scope of work: installing drainage,
lawn, native hydroseed area, trees, shrubs, ground cover, and irrigation.
- Old Redwood Highway: public street frontage project for Ghilotti
Bros. Construction. Designer: Sandra Reed. Scope of work: structural soils,
tree pruning, and installing trees, shrubs, and irrigation in a high traffic
public area.
- Pottery Barn: private retail project for Pacific Construction and
Mfg. Inc. Designer: Royston, Hanamoto, Alley and Abey. Scope of work: planting,
irrigation, and boulder placement at a high traffic location in San Francisco.
- Redwood City Tree Barriers: public street frontage project for
L&B Engineering. Designer: Redwood City. Scope of work: trenching and
installing root barriers around existing trees in association with sidewalk
replacement.
- Rincon Valley Middle School: public school project for FedCon.
Designer: Wellborn and Associates. Scope of work: drainage, planting, and
irrigation.
- Route 101 Cloverdale: public highway project for CalTrans. Designer:
CalTrans Scope of work: approximately ten acres of planting and more than
34 miles of pipe and irrigation.
- Santa Rosa Junior College Criminal Justice Training Facility: public
school project for Wright Contracting. Designer: Quadriga. Scope of work:
installing a complete Maxicom irrigation system, an irrigation system for
the defensive driving course skid pad, drainage, trees, shrubs, and ground
cover.
- St. Helena Primary School: public school project for St. Helena
School District. Designer: Wellborn and Associates. Scope of work: seeded
sports field, extensive planting, raised garden, and irrigation.
- Stone Tree Golf Course Clubhouse: commercial design/build project
for Black Point Property Partners. Designers: Pat Quist and Cagwin &
Dorward. Scope of work: designed and installed the entrance, parking lots,
and clubhouse irrigation and planting. Irrigation included Maxicom and adjusting
to frequent changes to the planting during construction.
