Sample of tree chips When working in your area, our tree care services can deliver chipped material to a site you specify at no charge to you. We provide this service to support green cycling and reduce the costs and environmental impact of both off-hauling and dumping.

The benefits of using this chipped mulch includes:

Reduced water consumption
Reduced surface erosion
Reduced weed germination
Improved soil conditions

This green waste material generally comes from pruning and tree removal operations. Consisting of a mixture of wood, branches and leaves from any tree species, this makes a great mulch. This is not retail quality wood chips. Once delivered, we will not return to pick up the material, if you are unsatisfied with it.

We can only deliver free chipped mulch to properties near locations where we are performing tree work. You will need to provide access to your property and specify a 7' by 10' area where a truck can spill the mulch. For a fee, you can arrange to have the mulch spread on your property.

Currently this service is available in Alameda, Contra Costa, Napa and Santa Clara counties. Occasionally, the chipped mulch is available in Marin and Sonoma.
